EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At the Skin Professional Studio Pte Ltd, we are committed to offering our customers the best service possible, with the best quality items, shipped in the best manner. Sometimes things may not always go as planned. So, if you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be glad to assist you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange / Refund
1) Within the 14 days from the date of delivery
2) Your item(s) must be unopened, unused, and /sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original product box intact
3) Require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4) Sale item(s) that is/are purchased with promotional codes or from the Special Deals Offering etc. are not eligible for exchange and refund. Do check the terms and conditions of the promotional offers before confirming your order purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded and exchanged.
5) ALL free gifts are not eligible for exchange and refund

2. Please provide the reason for refund/exchange and your receipt and proof of purchase
3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
4. Place the unopened, unused item(s) in its good original condition with the original box intact

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It will take 14-21 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank account from the day your refund was initiated.
Partial Refund (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or our fault
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Free gifts are auto-selected by the system and may change occasionally.
• If out-of-stock, we reserve the right to replace other gifts without prior notice.
• Due to the limited nature of the free gifts, we are unable to reship if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order
• Free gifts are shipped with your purchased orders only
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace the product(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your product(s) to the return address listed above
If your return product is approved for exchange, it will take up to fourteen to twenty-one (14-21) business days (excluding Public Holidays) for processing and delivery.
Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service. The refund and exchange might be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
